How does a loyalty program work?

What is the pricing structure of Loyalty Engage?

How do you get started with Loyalty Engage?

We have a selection of Succes Cases, and there's always one that fits your needs. Once you become a customer, we have an onboarding process where the entire implementation will be mapped out and set up. Additionally, there is a dedicated CSM team that not only assists during onboarding but is always ready to help you move forward.

Is training available?

There are Success Cases with certain standard templates that can be easily implemented.

How do you implement Loyalty Engage?

If you choose to start using Loyalty Engage, we will work with you to create a plan. We will determine exactly what you want to achieve with Loyalty Engage and how it can be executed. This is usually done based on our use cases. Once your goal(s) are clear, a suitable implementation plan will be created and executed in collaboration with the development teams from both your organization and Loyalty Engage. Depending on the plan, this process typically takes two weeks.

Is it possible to personalize rewards?

Absolutely! You can customize rewards based on customer segmentation, such as VIP customers, or offer special promotions for birthdays or other milestones.

Is Loyalty Engage easy to use?

We do often hear that as feedback. Of course, it's important to know clearly what you want to achieve with Loyalty Engage. Do you need a lot of technical knowledge to use Loyalty Engage?
